So, Matt and I have been tackling PHP and MySQL for the past couple of days, trying to broaden our web developer skills. It sucks. Way to much coding. Someone needs to deveop a sweet GUI for all this stuff. They did it with HTML. We're visual learners with pretty pictures. Going through lots.... and I mean lots... of trial and error trying to set up sites with this crap. Sorry for the geek speak but I thought I'd share.

Just be cool and watch this. Make sure you're ready though. Tis the season for spooooky.

For a while now I've been hoarding a band. Well, I say that but some of you may have already heard of them. Almost a year ago, we got a cd in the mail from Marlboro called Copper Label filled with what they called "the best bands you never heard of". One song really stuck out when it started off with a mean trumpet intro. I'm pretty sure its a trumpet. I might be pretty rusty on my "horn identification". It was Sci-Fi Lullaby's "Telcom". That song is bad ass I tell ya. They don't have an official website. You can only find them on Garageband.com. All their songs are pretty groova-funka-rocka-licious. They best way I can describe most of they music is Beatles meet Moby with a touch of power-chord goodness. Check 'em out, get their cd, or just download all their stuff... spread the.... word.

I haven't blogged.... you know why? Cuz you've been denied. Although you tried.... eh whatever. I seemed to have lost my rhyming skills. So all you sucka MC's best step back cuz I'm ready for the big attack. I also haven't blogged cuz I been workin' on this....



In your face with a big disgrace!

So the next three weeks are gonna be pretty crazy for us as we get ready to have a garage sale and move into our new house. This is the time when we feel blessed with the greatest friends in the world. We're gonna need all the help we can get, cuz starting October 29th, we'll have three days to paint all the rooms in our new house, clean the old house, and be completely moved from one to the other. There's only two shows we'll be making time for between now and then. The Stragglers this Friday and Roger Clyne on the 23rd. We may take a break and catch Texas Jack on the 30th. Depends on how much we get done that day. Rest assure the housewarming/Christmas party we're planning in the middle of December will be one to remember. Here are some pics of our new house in Guthrie. I still can't believe this will be ours!





Check out those floors! You see why we're painting now. Everything is like a buttery yellow. We aren't yellow people. Brick red and a light brown with eggshell trim is what we're going for downstairs.



Check out the back yard... its over 1/2 an acre. Perfect for entertaining. Gotta put up a privacy fence though.

Its time to Shout at the Devil Louder Than Hell. So come take a ride on the Wild Side tonight and Raise Your Hands to Rock. Then go Home Sweet Home...... (just stop, you've worn out the Crue cuts already man). I'm gonna bust out my flame shirt tonight I do believe.... so beware.

So, its all over KATT radio that VH1 is gonna be at the Wormy Dog tomorrow for some big announcement. Maybe to announce the long awaited Crue reunion tour? Maybe they'll all be there? Naaahhh...... but who knows?

So, the topic of debate last night is now the question of the day. Which came first.... blues or bluegrass? Discuss.
