Have you ever seen a crematory?

Melisa and I were discussing this on the way to work this morning passing buy a recently renovated funeral home in Guthrie. I know some funeral homes may have them on site but I know they do them elsewhere too. They probably don't have big neon signs adverting them or anything. But where are they? And if I knew of one and saw smoke coming out of the top, I'd be like, "Well, they're burning another one." And do they smell at all? The fire has to have some exhaust somewhere. I would hate to mistake somebody grilling for a crematory. Just questions. I think I want to start an ice cream shop and call it "The Creamatory".
