Kevin wrote a deal on his site about the kid getting arrested for "playing cops and robbers". I heard about that and it was a pellet gun. Just some advice for all you kids out there I learned as I was growing up. If you are going to play some kind of shooting game:

1. Don't use a gun that can actually shoot. Use the ones that have the big orange rubber tip on it.

2. If you do use a gun that shoots make sure its the 70's style see-through neon blue gun that shoots ping pong balls.

3. Play it at your house or in your backyard or even at a friends house. Just make sure its private property.

4. Don't use your school as a "fortress". I don't even need to explain this.

5. If you find it necessary to play "soldier", use G.I. Joes action figures or dress up like a Storm Trooper. You will be less likely to get shot or arrested.

6. Lets stick with video games. Video games never hurt anybody. I wish I could have played Medal of Honor when I was a kid.

Follow these rules and everybody will be cool.
