Tag Agencies can suck my pecker. You can change an entire ownership of a vehicle without the actual owner or previous owner being there....but! to get get a fuckin' replacement tag you have to have the current owner present to sign a fuckin' form. Stupid lame-ass rules. So FYI, if you ever need a replacement you better be the owner cuz you can't do it for anyone else. Assholes! Sorry had to vent.
